In this post, I want to share my favorite healthy breakfast recipes on the go. I never used to be able to eat before 10 am, even when I tried preparing a healthy breakfast, I just was not hungry. When I would get hungry at 10 am at work, I would starve myself until lunchtime because I could not see the point of eating something so close to lunch.
Nowadays, I love meal prepping healthy options I can take on the go. I love meal prepping on Sundays for lunch and dinner. I prep my salad for lunch and healthy breakfast recipes I can take with me if I am seeing a client or even if I have a day working from home, and I don’t want to lose time prepping something.
